St. Charles Schools Adult Education announces German Genealogy Classes start February 2! For every “German” family historian who has encountered “Born in Germany” this class is for you! This Monday class is given in both the daytime and evening classes for six weeks. Review techniques needed to successfully cross the Atlantic and find your family in Germany. How to read early documents, do basic translation, and understand the Parish registers and archives. History, Ship lists and Naturalization records will be examined.
